Due to the nature of soaps, candles, and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly:

• Replace the item, or
• Offer store credit

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we may have already begun preparing or shipping your order.

We appreciate your support and want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here is how we handle shipping:

  Delivery delays may occur due to weather, postal issues, or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

During hot months, candles may soften or melt. We recommend retrieving your package promptly once delivered.
